Hair Transplant

I've heard that often use hair follicles from the back or side of the head, when transplanted. I wondered if I could use the hair on your chest or back? The only problem I could see what to do with that hair on your chest or back may be of a quality or a different texture and can grow in a different way as the hair on the head if they are transplanted. But my question is, is it possible to transplant hair follicles from the head to places like the chest or back?
